Get Ready to Slam Drink at NBA Experience in Disney Springs

The NBA Experience at Disney Springs is a must-do if you’ve got a basketball fan in your family! It makes for a great activity on any day of your Disney trip when you won’t be visiting one of the parks. We were fortunate enough to check out the gift shop ahead of the official opening date for NBA Experience on August 19th, and my son had so much fun! We learned the vision for this space and what we could expect!

What to Expect Inside NBA Experience

Once inside, you’ll be transported to an NBA-inspired arena where you can try out 13 different experiences. Step through the Player Entry Tunnel (complete with a roaring crowd sound effect) and see what it’s like to walk in the shoes of the pros! Dribble, shoot, dunk, and score your way through various activities. There’s something for every skill level and coaches help along the way. As you can guess, there are also lots of great photo opps! Next up, play in the arcade, text yourself with some trivia, and learn about the science behind the sport. Experience Draft Day, the locker room, and the Hall of Champions!

Tickets are $34 plus tax for one day. Guests under 14 must be accompanied by another guest that’s at least 14 years old (but only an adult can sign the waiver so kids can get in the game).

After all the fun, check out the souvenir shop for unique gear and gifts, including personalized Magic Bands and water bottles… and a pair of $900 Reeboks designed by Shaq!
