What Does Captiva Island Look Like?
Captiva Island is a popular spot for vacationers, but how can you explain what Captiva Island looks like to someone who hasn’t seen it? I was out at Captiva Island over the weekend and it was such a dreary day. It was not our usual sun and fun! I thought the sky and the water looked pretty neato. I love the rocks in the first picture and how you can see the water splashing over them.
Blind Pass has a Sanibel Island and a Captiva Island side. It takes about an hour to get here from Ft. Myers. This is a great spot for both shellers and fishermen alike.
Blind Pass is a popular area since there are a few parking spots. If you get there early enough you can claim one and enjoy the sand!
