On a recent trip to Marco Island, Florida, I was able to tour the beautifully renovated Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort & Spa. Tour the inside of this resort which is just steps away from the sandy shores of Marco Island.

Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort & Spa reopened its doors following completion of an expansive $60 million interior and exterior transformation. With generous indoor and outdoor seating featuring those breathtaking ocean views and unforgettable watercolor sunsets, The Deck at 560 Bar & Restaurant focuses on local, sustainable seafood and produce, rotating with seasonal ingredients and herbs and vegetables sourced from an onsite, organic kitchen garden. At the newly installed Brazilian Walnut deck area, The Deck at 560 serves inventive, proprietary cocktails, many infused with fresh Florida citrus juices, and draft beer from local Florida breweries. For groups of up to 10 guests, private and semi-private dining options are also available in a secluded section with its own sensual, indoor fire pit.

We were treated to a special menu prepared by the chef which included these lobster corn dogs, lobster flatbread, cobia wings, and delicious cocktails. The space is beautiful, and there is plenty of room to relax with your family and friends.
