Wine Bar George at Disney Springs

Wine Bar George has been on my radar since it opened, and I was thrilled that I was able to attend a hosted event as part of the We Grow Retreat this past month. It’s an amazing spot to have lunch with your girlfriends or enjoy a date night. You can find over 140 wines available by the glass, bottle, and even the ounce! George Miliotes, Master Sommelier, heads up the only Master Sommelier-led wine bar in Florida. It’s a true treat to be able to be his guest at his restaurant as he worked to prepare a special tasting for us.

Wine Bar George has a full menu of appetizers, charcuterie, family-style meals, and more.

We enjoyed “the big board” which is a delicious combination of artisanal cheeses and meats with condiments.

The Crispy Mac & Cheese Bites are a delicious combination as well! I would love to snack on these after a long afternoon of shopping at Disney Springs. However, the main course was something truly special.

The Skirt Steak is served family-style along with roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables with chimichurri. Each bite was flavorful and perfectly cooked.

Since I live nearby, Wine Bar George is definitely going in my rotation for nights out (or even days at Disney Springs!). I have been desperate to try their specialty cocktails (like a Dole Whip Froscato!) that are served in souvenir glasses. Check their Instagram for specials and when they serve their unique drinks!
